We do not collect pre-paid last month’s rent.
Pursuant to RCW 59.18.610 Edmonds Crest will provide approved applicants who request, in writing, an installment plan for security and non-refundable fees. Such payment plans do not incuur any additional fees or interest. The payment amount is split equally over 3 consecutive months.
Edmonds Crest does collect a holding deposit of 25% of first month's rent and utilities at time of approval which is applied to security. The remaining balance of security and non-refundable fees is divided by 3 with 1st payment starting on 2nd month. This holding deposit is forfeited if approved applicant does not sign a lease or occupy the leased unit.
In addition to advertised rent, tenant pays:
Water/Sewer/Garbage is billed by the landlord at $65/occupant monthly
$5/monthly Technology Convenience Charge which covers a portion of the cost associated with providing tenants with a tenant portal, online payment options (including ACH payments at no cost), reporting rental payment history to credit agency, 24/7 tenant call or text line for maintenance requests, emergencies and other common issues.

Edmonds Crest is a pet friendly property. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs or cats. Pet Security Deposit is 25% of 1st month rent. Monthly pet rent of $35/pet
