This place has been nothing but a nightmare! Run and don't look back! Rent is $900 with utilities for a two bedroom. Everything is so cheaply made, anything that would be wood in the unit is plastic! Doors are particle board. Walls are very thin. Neighbors are loud, yelling, screaming, etc. It will affect your stress levels! Washer and dryer in the unit are tiny and you have to pay, even though your paying for water! You have to dry clothes twice or you end up with moldy clothes. On site manager only works part time. Trash always on the playground. No garage door opener, but you can pay to have one installed. Shovel your own sidewalk. Management doesn't tell you anything when you sign the lease, do you better read it well! My application process drug on for over a month. Just so not worth it. Worst year of my life.
