This is the worst apartment building I have ever moved in. Elevators do not function correctly, if it is a hot day outside, we have heat; if not no heat no hot water. The management crew are the most inefficient group of people. Do yourself a favor, do get tempted by any of their offers.

yes the maintenance crew is great but they can not do nothing for this building, the rats run the place.. sence I have been here (feb09) we have caught 9 rats of all sizes, big one small ones name it. the neighbor is full of thugs pushing drugs, low lifes that do nothing for the area.The police of east orange are a joke so if you are thinking of moving here...think twice!!!
