Qualification Criteria for Residential Applicants:
To ensure an exceptional living experience, we uphold the following screening standards:
- Household gross monthly income should be 3 times the base rent.
- Minimum credit score of 625.
- No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
- Clear criminal history.
- Clean rental track record.
Utility Guidelines:
- Unit water, sewer, trash, and internet are set up and billed back by the landlord at a flat rate.
- Common area electric, water, sewer, and trash are set up and billed back by the landlord
- Residents are responsible for arranging MidAmerican Electricity & Gas.
