- We're a pet-friendly community, welcoming up to 2 pets per unit with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250, plus a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

Application and Rental Details:
- Apply with a nominal fee of $30 per resident over 18 years old.
- Starting security deposit at $500, with potential adjustments based on your rental application.

Screening Criteria:
- Ensure that your household gross monthly income is 2.5 times the base rent.
- Maintain a minimum credit score of 525.
- No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
- Uphold a clean criminal history and rental record.
- Provide a valid US ID or SSN, or have a cosigner with a valid US ID or SSN.

Utility Policies:
- Common area utilities (electric, water, sewer, and trash) are arranged and billed by the landlord at a flat fee.
- Residents are responsible for setting up MidAmerican Electricity & Gas, cable, and internet services.

Fees:
- Application Fee: $30, due upon submission.
- Minimum Security Deposit: $500, due to secure unit
- One-Time Administration Fee: $75, due upon move-in.
