Leasing
Lease terms of 9, 12 or 18 months. Application fee is $39 per applicant. Security deposit is $500 with a credit score over 700, otherwise one month's rent. Rental criteria are household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent and a minimum credit score of 500. Full written qualification standards are provided with the application.
