I currently live here and have lived here for over a year. We somehow have a mouse issue even though we keep our place very clean and we store food responsibly. I have called maintenance and the office and have been ignored for the past WEEK!
They don’t even apologize when it’s the 4th/5th time you try to get in touch with them. For the amount we pay, not to mention “pest control” is included in our rent, this is ridiculous. Mice are all over the courtyards and the hot tubs as well.
Extremely friendly staff and nice place to live. Kelsey in the leasing office is very professional and accommodating, thanks for everything!

Great living quarters in the apartment. One person named Dana in the office is awesome. Only deal with her.
Entire community smells like pee outside and in the halls. Often dog poop in the halls. The trash permeates the entire building facing Acoma.
Acoma Street has 100% illegal parking every day making access miserable.
The rest of the organization is a glorified accounts payable rep. They enjoynparking bills until collections are due even when your proactivelycpse your accounts with them. They like to hold your packages delivered and not forward until you press them. They like to send to collections when they never sent a bill. And they also prefer to hide behind the closed office door when you ask to speak with them. Parking garage is unkept, you are robbed in it (first floor packages) and everyone drives 40 mph becauase their Brad new Jeep Is bigger than yours.
And when you ask them about it. They admit it. And openly dont help.

I've lived here for 9 months. The staff and quality of living here is great! I'm bummed to start looking for another complex to move to in March. It's a flip of a coin finding an apartment with good staff and minimal issues. These guys nail it. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when needed.
I have 2 main critiques I'd have to give the complex, though:
1. Parking on the streets is entirely inconvenient. And, if you think it may be ok to park behind the building on the No Parking side, think again. I've gotten tickets back there, as well as family who parked there for a couple hours in the evening.
2. The fake grass around the building where pets pee and poop is unbelievably gross. There is always a nasty stench when walking by the turf. I tell everyone I know to stay clear of stepping on it. Real grass would be nice.
There are other things I'm sure I could come up with. But, no business is perfect. And, they really do a great job.

Lived here for two years, moved out in April. I loved living here. The facility isn't the newest apartment complex in Denver, but it is well managed and affordable. The staff was always willing to work with us and extremely polite whenever we had an issue. If something broke in our unit, management would be there within 24 hours to fix it. The other tenants were all very nice and the location was great as well. Only real complaint would be the delay in fixing some of the community amenities, like the grills (albeit that is more an indictment on contractors they hire) and the lack of parking. Regardless, I would absolutely recommend this complex for anyone looking for something on the more affordable end but still high quality.

I lived at Windsor at Broadway Station for about a year and a half and it was the best place I've ever lived. Gorgeous apartments, friendly staff, perfect location. The apartment simply became too expensive for me so I had to go, but that is the market in Denver right now. Maintenance always responded so quickly and the girls in the office remember you by name and are always great to work with. Gym was always in great condition. Love and miss this place so much!

We lived here for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Amazing location, amenities, maintenance staff, and beautiful updated units. What I love the most is that it is a very pet friendly community, which is a rare find. Perfect for all furry friends. :) Any time we requested maintenance, they arrived that day and were very helpful and friendly. There is an amazing pool and hot tub, 24 hr gym, and a beautiful club room with TVs and a PS4. We loved living on South Broadway and would walk to The Black Project Brewery (highly recommend!) and Adelita's for Taco Tuesday. It is also a 5 min walk to the light rail. The units are practically sound proof, and we rarely could hear our neighbors unless they were on the balcony. It is mostly younger professionals, but a few families live there as well. We have since moved out and bought our own home, but we will really miss this community and our lovely apartment! 5 stars. :)

Great place to live with an extremely helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours. Resident activities and parties happen on a regular basis and are always well catered and fun. The apartment layouts are great, and the 9 foot ceilings are amazing. Appliances are all new and work very well. With a washer/dryer included and wood floors in the kitchen/living room areas, the apartments are great. Only downfall is the location next to the train tracks, but it's really only an issue if you have your windows open (and a train is coming by). Lived here for 2 years and only moving to be closer to work. Also there's a lot of new restaurants, coffee shops, workout facilities, etc. moving into the area. Very easy access to downtown and 25 freeway. Within walking distance to Wash Park and South Pearl Street.
