Hello Everyone!
I am here to offer my 1bdr. apt in Lowry Field for subleasing from June 4th- July 31st;
So, the situation is as follows, I am traveling internationally and will not be back afterward, so I would like to find someone to sublease this apartment.
So basically, you will have 2 options
1. sublease from June 4th- July 31st (the lease expires on July 31st)
2. after July 31st you can sign a new lease in your name and stay (the manager told me if you sign a new lease in June they may give you a good offer, perhaps a bit higher than I am paying now, however, that is what you will discuss further with management, Also. I am unsure if they are interested to offer a short-term lease after this lease is over)

Where and what: Apt. the complex is Alas over Lowry, they have very nice and luxury units with a brand new stainless steel, washer, and dryer inside of each unit, build internet modem (century link), gym, gaming room, rooftop, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and around is a nice park so you can enjoy in nature. Also, Wings over Lowry is a couple of minutes walking distance, beer garden, etc..

How much: base rent - $1550 (prorated 4 days in June. However if you need to move on June 1st I can work something out)
Utilities ( trash- they pick it up for you, sewage, $66)
Internet ($55)
Electricity (xcell, 15-25)
Total: 1685-1700
Note: if you need parking, that is an additional $10 per month
Pets are allowed, but I am unsure how much the deposit is at the moment, of course, I can check it.
So, I am not asking for 1 dollar more I am currently paying for it.
Refundable deposit: $350. if an apartment is in the same conditions as I will leave - clean and without any damages, on July 31st you will of course get your deposit back.

Furniture: I was traveling during this year, and I wasn't sure if I will stay or not, so I do not have a lot of furniture (air mattress- amazing one, very comfortable and new, new working desk and chair, and some kitchen supplies. So, we have 2 options here:
1. Either I leave everything to you without extra charge
2. Either you bring your own furniture

Application fees are $35 and you must to have a good credit score/history
As an incentive, I will pay your application fees:).
