Move here if you want to melt during the warm season. Its been hotter in my apartment (95+) than it has been outside and i first requested them to fix our AC unit over a month and a half ago. The first time they came out they blamed it on overheating, which is clearly not the case. We dont run it for 4 hours and turn it on and it doesnt work. Then, the next time they came they sprayed it with something, thats it. Not going to fix an AC unit. The third time they came out they drilled holes in the AC unit to give it more airflow. Thats literally what they said. Unbelievable. Dont move here.
