I lived here for a year from 2013 - 2014 in a 1br apartment. Overall, I was happy enough with the apartment. It was quiet, clean, spacious, and in a smaller building. However, there was an incessant banging and rattling noise that was caused by the furnace (I believe). I had to complain and speak with the building manager several times before the problem was mediocrely fixed. Then the rent went up quite considerably, utilities were no longer included, and I no longer was willing to pay that price for an apartment that has 0 amenities (unless you count free parking). They also changed office managers and never mentioned a thing to anyone? I found that odd. Often times I would stop by the office during business hours to pick up a package to find that noone was there. I believe it's a decent, basic apartment and that the interior needs updating to rival the Denver rental market especially at the price they are asking.
Pro: Free parking, lots of storage room, only allows cats, great onsite maintenance personnel, close to Core Power Yoga, Safeway, Best Buy, and I-25
Con: No fitness center, unreliable leasing office hours, older flooring/cabinets/etc, loud back neighbors from the high rise apartments, high rent compared to the area
