Absolutely loved living in Element 47. The management, people and amenities were wonderful. We had minimal issues, and when we did have any sort of maintenance request, the staff were friendly, responsive and super easy to work with. Would highly recommend this apartment complex.

The landscaping always looks great, the pool is always sparkling, everyone in the office is so nice and helpful, they plan great resident events, its pet friendly - pet stations are clean and stocked with doggie bags, and overall it is a great community in a convenient location.

Literally the WORST move out experience I have ever encountered. When moving in, my carpets were soaked with animal urine. I requested them to be cleaned twice, as I have young children. After being cleaned twice, the stains and smell were still there. I bought a massive area rug to help mask the smell. Fast forward to moving out...clean the apartment and the carpet AGAIN. What happens next? Received a notice that I owe $1100 to replace the 400 sq ft of carpet due to ANIMAL URINE. Are you kidding me?! I have never dealt with such disrespect and two faced employees as I have with Element. Not to mention, the hallways smell awful from alcohol and marijuana 24/7 and youre constantly fighting out of control parties at the pool. You get this wonderful experience for a measley $2300 a month. Stay classy Element 47.
