We are Denver's only Artist Only Apartment building! Come join our community of artists on Colfax, in a fun and funky converted motel. These units all feature a kitchenette, bathroom and living space with a murphy bed. we also have community room/kitchen for everyone to access, as well as outdoor seating areas to hang out in the sun.
We do a basic background/credit check with our application, as well as a small artist portfolio review. Our application fee is $40. The rent is $875 with a monthly utility fee of $75, and a security deposit as well that is also $875. Our leasing terms are 6 months with 30 days notice. We allow cats and other small animals with a $200 pet deposit, but no dogs of any size.
