I have lived here going on three years now. My experience so far has been great. The price is a value for Denver and the entire building is newly renovated. My favorite thing about this building is that it's a concrete monster. You can be loud, your neighbors can be loud and no one has to hear each other. The live-in mangers are quick to get anything fixed that needs to be. The rooftop deck is great, heating parking is great and the indoor pool/Jacuzzi is great.

I have lived in the Somerset for 18 years now. In 3 different units throughout that long length of time. There have been 4 sets of apartment managers since I have lived here. Noel and Anna are by far my favorites! They truly treat the entire building like one big home. Details are paid great attention to from cleanliness to decor. Not to mention the awesome Christmas lights we have out front of the building! Makes me very proud to reside here. I get many compliments on the building as well as my unit from guests.

I have lived in many apartment complexes in Chicago and Colorado, and none have felt as 'home' as Somerset. Anna & Noel are absolutely wonderful. The property is so well kept, little notes and reminders in the elevators and hallways are so personable and informative, and attention to anything is taken care of immediately. We've lived at The Somerset for about a year and absolutely love living here. From the landscaping--which is among the loveliest in Denver and which clearly took a lot of personal attention--to the responsiveness of the managers and the jaw-dropping views of the Rockies, there's no place in the city I'd rather be.
Every day when we wake up and gaze out the windows, we feel like we've gotten away with something. If there's a place in Denver with better views of downtown, the mountains, or even the Tech Center & Colorado Springs (yes, you can see Pike's Peak as clear as a bell from here), I haven't seen it. On top of all this, the units are fashioned with care and to the most exacting standards. Stainless appliances, granite, beautiful Mission-style cabinets ... all of this plus an ethereally beautiful view (for the best price around) make for a great living experience.
The managers here are responsive and make sure every detail of living is cared for like this was their own home. Any difficulties--and there are always some, no matter where you live--are handled with care and gentility. I love living at The Somerset and smile each time I pull into the driveway. It's a joy to come home to.
