My husband and I are HOME. The property, amenities, views are beyond belief. We think we have the best apartment in the building. Rhonda is a wonderful manager and professional business woman. Always with a smile as she genuinely cares for Soundview and all its tenants and support staff. Speaking of support staff...Bobby and Marlon (bldg. maintenance) use words like "Don't worry, we will help" and "not a problem". Eily (housekeeper) keeps hallways etc. consistently well cared for. With a team like this and the wonderful tenants we've been meeting - how can you not feel like you're HOME. Thank you all for welcoming David and I into your family.

Recently my sister and husband moved into Soundview at Savin Rock. The experience we had with office staff and maintenance team was beyond 5 .
Rhonda, manager in the office, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to us all. The challenging transition for my sister and her husband was made smoothly and caringly as Rhonda helped every step of the way. So our family decided to " adopt" Rhonda! She is an asset to your organization!
We also want to thank the very helpful staff, Bobby and Marlon for their assistance in the move. They are respectful, courteous men who's pride in their work was evident to us.

The tag line for Soundview on Paredim's website is "don't just dream it, live it" and it is so true! The views, proximity to the beach/boardwalk, and modern amenities are everything I could want in an apartment. Tom & Rhonda in the office along with all the neighbors create a warm, welcoming community and, on the rare occasion that I've needed the facilities team, they have been super responsive. This is definitely the closest to a forever home I've felt in my 20 years of renting elsewhere!
