Rita was the best rental manager I had. Had great and consistent communication with tenants, was friendly and professional in all interactions we had with her, and got a fair reimbursement from our deposit when we moved out. Would have stayed longer if we didn't need more space.

I've enjoyed living there for the past year. The office manager, Rita, is amazing. She is a busy lady, doing managing stuff, but she'll always find the time to help a tenant as soon as possible. This is the first apartment complex that is extremely speedy with maintenance inquiries. We truly have our own Bob the builder here. I'm pretty sure he can do anything. If he's not building the new decks, he is fixing/replacing something. I've never had to wait more than a day for something to be looked at or fixed. If something needs replaced, they replace it instead of trying to patch it or give you an old, used one to replace it. I'm impressed with that. They've recently updated the lounge area with a large flat screen TV, nice looking bookshelves, vending machines that have the option to use a credit card, a change machine for laundry, etc. It is a very nice space to host parties for a small fee or just to hang out while waiting on your laundry. The pool, hot tub, and sauna is a great amenity! Surprisingly not a lot of people use it, so it's relaxing to come down there. The laundry room is clean. The machines could definitely be replaced. It oftentimes takes 2 or 3 cycles to dry the clothes . It's $1.50 for the washers and also a $1.50 for the dryers. I use downstairs sometimes, but it makes more sense to go to a friend's house or the laundry mat with those big industrial dryers. It's not a deal breaker for me. There's underground parking. It took a year and a half for a spot to open up. Otherwise there's 3 parking lots you can park in. There's no assigned parking spots. I'd recommend these apartments!
