Located next to the Fox River in DePere, the C.A. Lawton Company was originally established as a general machine and foundry shop in 1880. The original foundry building and subsequent additions follow the Astylistic Utilitarian industrial design of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Rich in the history of the local economy, the Lawton Foundry is one of DePere's most significant structures.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Lawton Foundry! I am very picky with where I live and I can say it was absolutely perfect for us. The windows let in so much natural light, the grounds were well maintained, anytime we had a maintenance request it was taken care of right away and it was in the best location! It was so nice to be right in down town and be close to a beautiful park with lots to do! Thank you Lawton!

I loved living at Lawton Foundry! My unit was charming and spacious. The building was quiet and my neighbors were friendly. The location was perfect, I enjoyed being right on the Fox River Trail and within walking distance of so many businesses. Management and maintenance are prompt and friendly and do an excellent job keeping the property looking beautiful! I will miss living here.

The Lawton Foundry Town Homes surpassed our expectations for apartment living. The historic complex is conveniently located close to the Fox River and bike trail. Bonnie, the apartment manager, quickly addressed any concerns. She made the move in process go smoothly and welcomed us to the Green Bay area. The community facilities (laundry room, conference area) were kept in spotless condition for the residents. Jim, the maintenance manager, fixed any maintenance issues in a timely manner. Overall, our stay at the Lawton Foundry was an amazing experience. We will miss Bonnie, Jim and all of our friendly neighbors. Mike and Mary Anne (Lawton Foundry 2021-2023).

What a beauty, quiet, and convenient apartment building. Right in downtown De Pere, Wisconsin. Everything is close including. The Ennis Inn, The Union Hotel, Walgreens, Associated Bank plus numerous other restaurants all within walking distance. Underground garage and a bike room are available.
The property manager and maintenance personnel are amazing. Things get fixed soon after a call. I would highly recommend living here instead of some vanilla apartment.
