Terrible parking situation. Lived here for a year and the only time I could park within the vicinity of my apartment was if I didnt work that day. The property managers dont take anything you take seriously. All they care about is the outward aesthetic of the building. So if your blinds break, watch out! But other than that they will never resolve anything. Neighbors are loud and numerous. Seem to always have parties here and the hallways smell like boiled aquarium water. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless youre in a pinch and have no other options. Theres better ones out there. Keep looking

My daughter and I lived here for 2 years, and I was almost sad to leave. The management + maintenance is very attentive (shoutout to Charlotte) and always took care of any issues within days, very unheard-of. Within minutes of the highway and downtown. The community is just that, a community. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a good starter apartment or likes their privacy.
