This place has serious issues if there is a problem with air conditioning they don’t consider it a urgent matter it’s 93 degrees 95 in my apartment and it’s been 3 days no one has even looked at it nor Have I received a call saying when this matter will be addressed it is a emergency when it’s 85 degrees in your apartment

Staff is great, very nice and approachable. On the rare occasion that I've needed them, the maintenance has been very responsive. They are updating appliances and I was fortunate to get an updated apartment and it is a HUGE improvement.
We are considering moving out in spinnaker cove and throughout all of the reviews I think that it's a definite that we're moving there. Keep the positive comments going

I relocated here with my family, what will be a year on the 23rd of August. Since we moved here I did not think I would be living in Centerville. The school district I could talk about all day, but this is for Spinnaker Cove. We experienced some issues with the furnace as it got colder, however the maintenance department was timely and (on more than one occasion) more than considerate and understanding. I didn't expect anything less during cold months, however the staff here were very accommodating. The problems faced were remedied within and less than 24 hours. After a visit, they even left us a kind note informing us of the services completed and a number to call them if there were any other problems. The apartments are very cozy with a great view of wildlife and nature surrounding us. Most people don't take the time to fill out a review with exception to complain. I have found nothing but a positive experience here with the staff. Paula and her team are exceptionally friendly and helpful. As for the grounds, it's manicured on a regular basis. As with most places that are pet friendly, you have some NOT heeding to the pet laws, but it's few and far in between the ones who do respect it. It's child friendly here as well. My son has met several friends and that is always nice when you're new in a neighborhood. My hat is off to the staff here. I'm proud to call Spinaker Cove home. Thanks for having us.

My boyfriend and I went to look at these apartments in June. I didn't really like the layout of the apartments as I felt they were not ideal for living room accommodations. The young gal that was showing us around looked as if she had just rolled out of bed with day old makeup on and had her breasts literally on the table where we were supposed to be doing business. Her shirt was so low-cut I could almost see her nipples- No joke. I would suggest going elsewhere.
Clean, and the Staff especially the manager Paula is great responding to any issues. The people are also generally nice and quiet.

I have lived in what they call "Ketch" (2-br 1-ba) for 2 years now. They keep the outside appearance looking very nice. The views are amazing. It is nice to sit out on the patio and just watch the waterfowl come and go. They are also very pet friendly. Yes, the appliances are dated a bit, but the maintenance staff is superb. We had a couple issues with the waste disposal, but Terry was out to fix it the same day. We also experienced some insect issues, there were wasps building a nest on our patio. When Terry couldn't fix the issue, they called an exterminator the same day. I would tell anyone considering living here it is a great place to live!
