The buildings are pretty old so as you can expect almost all apartments have something different in them. Youll have to kick your shower water to the drain because it all sits at the back of the tub.The doors are a constant problem to get into because they get jammed and stuck with your key. The pool is almost never open. And the landlord takes forever to get back to you when you call for a maintenance problem or complaint. Also never in the office. Overall its quiet, mainly because older people live here. All in all, youre getting what you paid for.

The management is not friendly at all. Greedy. I lost my job and had to move out of the state for job, but the apartment insisted that I pay off the whole year even I am not able to stay and gave the move out notice a month before I left. The simms management even doesn't accept the regular two months termination fee. They said they will rent the room out and I don't need pay the rental once the room is taken. However, when I called the office, the automatic voice message saying " they are out of all rooms" which seems that they are not really trying to rent room out as they are having me pay for the rent. Terrible company to rent from, I tried to give zero star, but google review starts from one star.
