IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.this is the worst apartments Ive ever stayed at. Maintenance comes in while youre gone leaving lights on like theyre included you gotta call them that same day cause they half asx fixed it, I have the exact same problems as before I moved they so called had me waiting a couple months so everything can be switched out and the apartment cleaned out. When I moved in I had roaches and it was dirty dirty. They had dog scraps and bite marks on the doors and window frames,the appliances was dirty and barely work,the skins keep leaking its molded under the skin,I have sockets uncovered, the closet door broke and fell on my child,the cabinets hanging off the wall, they even painted over a patch of hair on my wall and dirt,I have different kinds of drawers and half of them dont open properly, outside lights dont work so my kids cant be outside after 5 cause you can barley see they hate it here it be 6 shopping carts at the park that they have to move before they can play , and the best part is they have no problem telling you that your expectations are too high and theyre not fixing it, so if you just love living in a apartment thats really a hazard then these are the best ones going they cant wait to move you in for the headache

OMG!!! I Feel right at Home. Im originally a Baton Rouge, La. Native. I relocated to TX in 2018. This was actually the 1st place I visited to find me a Place to call home. While my furthering my education led me to be housed elsewhere, after graduation, I knew I had to come back. Upon doing so, I walked into the office and was greeted as if I was already a resident. Which made me feel more than welcomed, it made me feel right at home. The Manager Norma, is the BEST to have ever set foot on this property. The Assistant Sara is unbelievably amazing. Ive had NO ISSUES NOR CONCERNS. If anything is to come up, all you do is make one phone call and theyre on it. Personally, the staff here seems like family to me away from my home town. You cant find any other place like this. Im glad to call Crawford Park Home. I HIGHLY Recommend this place to anyone. Its more than just an Apartment Complex this is surely a Family Community.!! .
