F++ If I could go back to 2 years ago when my roommate and I first saw this complex I would have told her to not stop and keep driving! The apartment it's self is OK good space, tile in the living room/ kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms, very open and w/d connections. A 2bed 2 bath was $950.00 for rent when we first moved in, but i believe they have raised it since then. Aside from this Wooldridge Creek Apartments have been my worse apartment living experiences. The office is always in your business, the ladies in the office aren't that helpful, the maintenance man , Marcus (i think is his name) , is very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. The times he has responded to a work order I have never heard him knock on the door long enough or announce him self as maintenance and wait for the resident to respond 3 out of the 5 times he has come up he has walked in on me exposed or half awake in my bed and w/ not even a "sorry" or "excuse me ma'am". My roommate and I even tried putting on the deadbolt and I think they still got in?? Their entrance gate is always broken. For example, last night (4/10/16) I came home after work at 1am punched in the CORRECT gate code and the gate never opened...I tried for about an hour when I finally called the answering service the young man told me that the manager said she wasn't gonna send anyone out and for me to go through the exit only gate?? No one ever exited through the gate ( I waited about 40 minutes, because it's 2 am on a Sunday and everyone is asleep..or trying to get in through the gate!) so I had to leave my car unattended along the street. Also, all of my neighbors are loud I hear way too much of their personal business about 60-75% of the time & vice versa, but that's probably because it's an apartment and the walls are thin. I've spent 2 years unhappy all because we decided to lease here...The end of our current lease can not come soon enough because we are ready to move out! My advice is if you are thinking of renting here...just don't especially if you like your privacy and don't want maintenance to just barge in -__-

I liked the apartment itself--the size of it, the rent, and the location were fine. I give these apartments 2 stars bc the office people are clueless, and the maintenance is a joke. We had small roaches and ants the entire time we lived there (2 years), and they came out twice to spray a few areas of the apartment, which did nothing. We had issues since we moved in--like lights not working, doors not closing, bathroom doorknob needing to be replaced. Also had a towel rack fall off the wall, and various other issues. I actually wrote up a list of things that were wrong with the apt and gave it to them several times (each time adding more and more to the list), and they never did anything about it. I even have copies of the list with dates of when I gave it to the office. The only thing that ever got fixed for us was the disposal, when that stopped working. And that was only when I called the office several times because using the dishwasher was causing the sink to back up and overflow. When I moved out, the bedroom light still did not work even after replacing the lightbulb (in the 2yrs I lived there, it worked for the first month or 2 and after that, I used a floor lamp the entire time), the towel rack was still on the floor, and the bathroom door would not close all the way/lock, and there were still bugs. I feel sorry for the tenant who is in that apartment now. Also, the maintenance guy was extremely rude every time I saw him. And when he did happen to come to our apt, it wasn't to fix anything. It was to show me the letter which I had written, let me know he was aware of the issues, but that wouldn't be fixing them until the next day, and then he'd leave. And never come back. I'm definitely glad I don't live there anymore.
