Just want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank April for being such an amazing person and help assist me with my concerns. She is literally the best, if I could give her 10 stars I would. I've been living here for over a year now, and have to say that the ladies at the office that I've had contact with, Alyssa and Jessica have also been extrememely awesome.

Our experience living at Artisan apartments has been very pleasant. Enjoy the amenities such as the spacious gym and pool area, great scenery views, quiet neighborhood. Customer service has been great whenever we have had the need of any maintenance service to be completed. Love the convenience of being close to shopping stores, restaurants and easy access to the 91 & 15 freeways.

My entire experience with the crew at Artisan has been nothing but pleasant. On the day of my move-in both Alyssa and Jessica saw to it that we felt welcomed to not only our new home, but the community as a whole! They saw to it that we understood everything about the property and were also genuine in their excitement for our new home. In my communications leading up to the move with Mandy, the manager, I was already in the mindset that everybody was very professional and courteous but she, the aforementioned staff, and the other leasing agent April have all been very thorough and helpful thus far exceeding my expectations. This community is gorgeous and includes many amenities. The in home assets are very high quality and give a luxury feel to my everyday life. Everything is new (or upkept superbly and feels new) and there were only minor inconveniences from the start. Upon moving in my ice maker and toilet needed maintenance attention and within the same day of requesting service the maintenance professionals Ralph, Alan, and Christian saw to it that our new home was perfect. Their responsiveness and expertise really shined through and left a solid impression on what to expect moving forward. I had a chance to speak with the maintenance manager Hector about my work orders and he even followed through by assuring that a specific replacement set of blinds was arriving in a timely manner; he offered an arrival date and reassured me that his team would address the repair promptly. While everybody left a great impression on me, Alma greatly reassured me that I can come to her or any other staff member for anything. I feel like I really struck gold by moving into this community and while I haven't interacted with my neighbors much I can assure the sound level/disturbance frequency is null, none, zero. I am very happy with my new home and I can't wait to see what the future holds living at Artisan!
