I havent been living here that long, but this place has been great to me and my fianc. We dont have any damages, all new appliances, no leaks. The staff are very kind and the neighbors are quiet and keep to their selves. There are a few stray cats around but everywhere has stray cats so thats not really a problem. Weve been having a good experience here so far.

I've been living here for almost 3 years. No teal major complaints except, I have been paying 5.00 a month for pest control and have not seen a bugman for 2 years. Upstairs like water and water damage to my ceiling is ugly. Management on-site are good peeps. Doing the best they can with what they have to work with. New owners every year, not really digging that.
No hydrants except for over 1000 yards away. If there's a fire it's over. I have seen 3 stories burn down before firemen can even get water. Other than that, I get along just fine with neighbors.

Been living here since March and it has not been pleasant. There is an electrical issue, and plumbing issue along with mold. I highly do not recommend living here. These buildings are not up to code. They believe switching up management will help when it doesnt. You cant just slap paint on a building, paint some walls and lay a little bit of carpet and call this suitable living
