The worst managed properties that the Woodruff Company has to offer! Prices increase every leasing contract for old dilapidated apartments, management that is unwilling to resolve issues without jumping through hoops, and thin walls and no control over noise from neighbors or motor vehicle. In addition, there are excessive fees when leaving, even if you leave it better than you found it. I moved out in October and additional fees were added in December. Even speaking with the manager Carol Sanford and vice president Kevin Smith on multiple occasions resolved little, if anything. An embarrassment to the Woodruff family name and company.

Security is terrible and the property owner is cheap.
I had a hole in my ceiling from the rain it took them 4 months to fix it. My son got very sick living...

A cop lived across the street when he moved in there were bed bugs. The staff are very ugly when you ask questions. The pool is never clean. We moved because of health issues there
