Family oriented. The management has a handle on the peace of the complex: no wild parties, no loud music in the parking lots, no noise, no loud screams in the middle of the night. Prompt response to maintenance issues. Great neighbors. I was happy to call this complex my home for a year. Sadly, I have to move to a bigger home. This place is horrible and disgusting! The apartment that I lived in was full of mold and the ceiling was falling apart from water damage for the longest. They are understaffed and with inexperienced maintenance, they do cheap jobs that dont solve or change anything in the apartments. This place needs to hire more EXPERIENCED maintenance workers!

This place is horrible and disgusting! The apartment that I lived in was full of mold and the ceiling was falling apart from water damage for the longest. They are understaffed and with inexperienced maintenance, they do cheap jobs that dont solve or change anything in the apartments. Now dont get me started with zanthia, this women likes to bark orders at her tenants telling them what they should be doing when her lazy bum self should be doing her damn job and actually fix things throughout the apartments as well as hire more EXPERIENCED maintenance workers!

I can't take the bugs anymore. I deal with hearing the neighbors walk above me, the trash all around the grounds, the gang of juveniles who smoke and do drugs in the laundry facility, and the "palmetto bugs" and roaches I find occasionally, but I can't deal with the hundreds of gardener millepedes that invade my apartment every day. It's disgusting. I'm changing my review to one star despite the receiving several flyers on my door saying I can win a new TV or iPad for leaving a good review. The only good thing about these apartments is their location since they're close to my job. They are a waste of prime real estate and should be torn down. All of the one star reviews are true. I've lived here for three years. The dishwasher has been broken for the first two years. Only one small crooked burner on my stove worked for the first two years until I posted this review and they finally came and fixed my stove. When they FINALLY power washed the apartments, water poured in every one of my closed windows and my closed door. The master bedroom was water damaged during the flood, and nothing was done to seal the foundation. All of my roommate's shoes were ruined by the mildew and mold. There has been black mold in the bathroom due to ventilation issues since I moved in three years ago, but they told me it's just mildew and it's normal. I've had breathing problems ever since I moved in here. The floors are so thin, you can hear your neighbors conversations, and their walking sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling. They are increasing rent rates again too. Maintenance had lost my key at least 3 times and made me replace it out of my own pocket. The electric bill is over $198 in the summer for my tiny two bedroom apartment without ever using the laundry. Even when the AC is off the entire month, the bill is still over $100. Update: they solved the druggies in the laundry room problem by locking the door. Thank you. It's nice being able to do laundry again. They replaced the faucet in my bathroom after two years, and I love the new one. Too bad about the bugs. I would stay if they could get rid of this infestation. This is two years dealing with this now. I love the location. I love the Rec center membership. BTW. THE BUGS ARE IN APT B09. Update: Was awake before dawn dealing with my ceilings leaking huge amounts of water onto my living room, bedroom, and closet. Part of my couch got soaked too. And the pot smokers are back in the laundry room. Apparently they have a key now.

I've woken up so many times with them crawling on my face. But I still find it's the most disgusting when they drop down off the ceiling onto me or into my food. Pest control doesn't come near as often as they should and whatever they use doesn't work anyway. They've also put powder outside our apartment, and they have sprayed the inside and outside of the building but nothing's changed. As you can see in the pictures, there are thousands every day. These pictures are the bathtub and the hallway. We swept right before we went to bed and this is what we wake up to. I would say how excited I was. to move into this location, price seemed good and location. Me and my girlfriend went into the apartment complex Last Saturday, and asked them for a tour, they said they did not have any tours available so they could get us next week. Fast-forward to today, and we just walked in for our tour to be greeted by not only the person that did not issue us the appointment but to be told, "Sorry we're full." Like thanks?! You couldn't have told me that last week or sometime between there? Why give me a touring appointment when you don't even have apartments open, I was ready to put security and first months rent down flat ASAP today, and That is just unacceptable. Im livid. Not happy whatsoever.

Built in the 1970's, they have been somewhat renovated, but very cheaply. Based on my heating and cooling bills, I'd say there is no insulation in the walls and attic. The counter-tops in the kitchen are cheap formica, but were sprayed with speckle-paint to look modern. Of course the paint wore off in places from cleaning. But by far the worst experience is many of the other tenants, whom act like they are from the inner city, purposely throwing their garbage on the sidewalks and parking lots.

They had a bug issue the air condition unit did not work right and leaked in the closet were the air filter was at. The carpet needed replaced all these things were brought up at the beginning of the lease and was not expensive the apartment was way over priced. I would not recommend this place for anyone to live. Their was a snake issue with the only thing they did was put down some 7 dust and month balls we still seen snakes all the time thier and on thier walking trails.

Complete lack of care, understanding and professionalism. Avoid Zanthia (property manager) and crew at all cost. Still no response from 3rd Group Properties (management company) after reaching out to them by USPS mail and email more than one month ago. This is a great place to live! Free membership to Harbison Recreational Center, Close to Columbiana Centre Mall (Approx. 5 min.), Close to Harbison Recreational Center w/ parks, fitness, jogging trails We had one weekend to look for a place and looked at so many different complexes around that area. This was the ONLY place we felt welcomed and special right when we walked in the door. When we came in to sign our lease we felt like royalty. Carrie handled everything so professionally. Even though we were dealing mainly with him, the entire staff came out to greet us. Casey and Jordan came over and introduced themselves, brought us some coffee and cookies and water for my husband. Kacie even gave Toodles- our dog - a milk bone to eat! Once we signed all the paperwork- the maintenance staff came up and introduced themselves. They wanted us to know who made their apartment look like brand new (which it was!) and also who would be coming in to fix any issues if ever we should have them. It made me feel very secure! Also the lead maintenance person walked me through my apartment, how to get the a/c set and some important information about our garage. We seriously felt like the most important people that day and like we were the only ones there!

There's since been new management established which like before, isn't great, but it's ok. Big apartments, really nice location, and the maintenance guys are great. Not much negative to say, the place is really pretty and can;t beat the price. Worth the time to take a look at if you're moving into the area.

This Apartment complex is a 0 based on a 1-10 scale. The landscapers damage cars severely and the property managers lie and avoid tennants so they dont pay for damages. There are 6 Gangs in the neighborhood who all break into apartments and rob old people! All the apartments leak when it rains, even after they attempt to correct it. The bottom apartments leak with water and it runs into the carpet floor when it rains! The property manager (Whitney) and courtesy officer (Jay) both lie to protect the drug dealers and they are often seen selling crack cocaine and heroin to children!! After bringing 2 dead rats to the office, they still deny they have a rodent issue!!
