This place is a joke. They hide behind their corporate bullies and do not care about the resident but about the dollar. From the leasing agent to the GM! They use their tactics to trick these young students into signing renewable leases, all the while advertising how they room them with like minded people when that could be further from their truth. They put Savannah sunshine with Billy Goth and then say.."oops..so sorry"! All these positive reviews are from staff and friends are relatives of staff to try and offset the truth!! Do not bother rebutting this with a fake we are sorry and what can we do because you do not care at all!!!

This business is deceptive in its leasing practices. They began to solicit my daughter to renew her lease on her college apartment two months after she signed a one year lease. My daughter left the school in March of this year and I contacted The Reserve regarding options for terminating the lease for the 2016-2017 school year. I was told basically I was out of luck. I paid the final months on the original one year lease and once again called there months prior to the end of the lease and asked if I needed to do anything or send anything in writing and was told no just have her turn her keys in before the end of July. The apartment was vacated and the keys turned in on time. Now The Reserve is contacting us saying that my daughter renewed the lease for 2017-2018 school year in October of 2016. We never would have signed a lease 10 months in advance and she was mislead by apartment employees with there sales pitch.If you have similar issues with this business please contact the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint as I have Also watch out for them having you start paying a lease on August 1st and then not let you move in until the 23rd of August. Just keep looking there are much better places to live

Living at the Reserve has been a journey... and not a pleasant one. It is WAY too pricey for the quality of the homes. The whole system is very unprofessional and very unorganized. Right off the bat my roommates and I moved into a DISGUSTING home full of empty liquor bottles and dirty rooms that I'm sure hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenants had moved in the last year. The mantience requests that were placed at the beginning of move-in day are literally yet to be filled. I don't blame that on the maintenance staff, I know when you have a lot of homes and only about 3 maintenance men on staff some things are going to fall through the cracks. However, not having requests filled is an issue. But yeah that's just the beginning of all of the issues my roommates and I had in our home. The one upside is that the homes are large and the rooms are as well so it makes it easy to entertain. However, there are no other reasons I would recommend this student housing to anyone else. Oh and also BEEware of going out on your front porch because we had a bad bee infestation that basically caused me to be roomless for about 3 days during the removal of the bees.... Yeah. It was an adventure. Can't wait to move.

Literally the WORST place to live. You think its going to be nice and you'll love it the only downside is its far, but oh they fix that, they provide shuttles. LOL WRONG. The houses are dirty and gross, and the shuttles might as well be mythical creates. They never work and when they do they come at random times and the staff is the worst about telling you the schedule. Also the front desk is the RUDEST group of people you'll ever meet. STAY AWAY

DO NOT LIVE AT THE RESERVE! And before I even start please note that like many other posts here say, lots of the high ratings come from the staff trying to save face, not the residents.This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had. They advertise great houses in a gated community with a shuttle to campus and great amenities. This is far from what you get. When I moved in the house was falling apart. Stair railing wasn't attached to the wall, water damage and so many other problems not to mention it was a mess. It was as if they did not even check to see if anything needed to be repaired or cleaned and when you request service they told you they were very busy with other work requests. Our yard was flooded for the first two months, and during that time my roommate contracted an illness transmitted by mosquitos and had to be hospitalized. Every work request was not answered and you the property manager is never available. You have to call up the ladder through the business and have everyone brush you off until you start threatening to sue. That works until the next work request when you have to do it all again. The pool was always disgusting, the hot tub did not work, and many of the other amenities were always out of service. The gated community being one of their major advertising points is a complete scam. When asked a year ago if the gate would be fixed they said it would be in a few weeks. Now the other side of the gate is broken and despite numerous complaints nothing is being done to fix it. Not to mention, they rented out the pool to a men's group and had a huge party that residents were not allowed to use the pool. The pool was left so messy and it took days for anyone to clean it up. I could go on and on with complaints, but after four months of living there I was ready to do anything to get out. I went through the long process of finding a sublease and even taking a loss as for as money goes in order to get out. I highly urge everyone not to live it the reserves. There are plenty of places to live that appreciate your business and are happy to give you a nice place to live with equal or better amenities. DO NOT LIVE AT THE RESERVE!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. RUN. I was supposed to move in last semester and when I arrived the apartment was DISGUSTING and CHEAP. Places do not look as advertised. Staff is abrasive to say the least. If you want to live in a community where it's quiet and with genuine room mates, this is not the place. Also, READ YOUR LEASE. They try to get you for little things in the lease, DO NOT just scroll down and sign. Overall experience: HORRIBLE
