This place is absolutely ATTROCIOUS. The apartments are alright but what makes living here an absolutely waste is the slow, unresponsive, apathetic, unapologetic, rude management and their staff. It is currently Aug of 2015 and they are behind on 2 months of work orders. My dishwasher has been clogged along with my sink for the past 5 weeks and they have not yet shown up. I've even called corporate office and they didn't seem to care much. The people who live in this complex are rude and ignorant. Also, there have been multiple instances of cars being broken into. I was stuck with this apartment because I was running out of time because I had to vacate my previous place as the rental period was ending.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. PLEASE stay away from here. Don't be deceived by their pictures. This complex has nothing to offer and the current apartment complex manager (Ashley Nash) is absolutely useless and a poor excuse for a "manager". Please please stay away from Colonial Ridge and Fath Properties in general.
