Great Apartments. Management is very friendly and will work with you if you're forthcoming when you're having difficulties or issues. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and quickly, If you have an emergency I've seen management and maintenance show up after midnight on a weekend to handle the situation. Apartments are very well built and very quiet, you will not hear a neighbors TV through walls or floors. The only area for improvement would be the gym, though it's an apartment complex and not a fitness center so don't let this sway you bu if you're looking to lift you'll need a gym membership due to the lack of free weights. First off, I am very disappointed in the management. One manager tells you one thing and the other something completely different. We were told if rent fell on a weekend you didn't need to pay it until the following Monday. The next thing we know we are being charged a $125 late fee.Also, we made a check that didn't have the "for" portion filled out so again we gave a $125 fee until they found the check and corrected the issue. It was like elementary school teacher misplacing a test. I was very frustrated. Some the apartments are falling apart. Appliances are not working correctly. The window in the master bedroom was not opening properly and making a loud squeaking noise when it was opened. To fix it, the guy just pulled out some of the rubber lining on the window. When we applied for the apartment we were told all we needed to pay for utilities was gas and electric. I was promised that was all. The month we moved in we received a third utilities bill which covered water, sewage, trash, and some other "fee." This bill has been increasing since we moved in. If you are on a tight budget situations such as these are very stressful. Please get things in order. These are things that are nice to know before you move in.
