Staff is great and really worked with me. When they were out and about and we ran into each other would stop and say hi, they knew me by name. Buildings are well maintained every maintenance request I ever had was resolved within 24 hours. I was disappointed I had to move out of state. Has that community feel. When a huge hail storm came through everyone checked to make sure everyone was ok and helped one another clean up glass and see how they could help. The only negative thing is it is next to a high school so there are teenagers cutting through although I never had a issues with any. And there are a bunch of young airman that live there so there are times when people get a little loud in the parking lot.

I've lived @ Westgate Village Apartments for the past year and a half. I must say that this place is ideal if you are looking at having a nice place as well as having a great staff. Staff is very personable, they know you by name. Maintenance was quick, if you ever had any problems, they were there to help you out. There are other apartments available elsewhere, but for the price and the staff making you feel welcome, it's a no brainer to sign a lease with Westgate Village.

Amazing staff and great apartments. Had a little trouble with a neighbor but it worked itself out when they moved. The staff were very helpful and willing to do what they could to help me. When I left out of state for training for a few months and forgot my laptop at the apartment they shipped it to me and even worked with me when I looked to move out. Highly recommend these apartments; very military friendly.

Just an honest but drawn out review from a young adult. Had the pleasure of living here for two years. Spent time here growing up that ultimately led me to live here. Anyhoo, the apartments are some of the nicest in town. Ive worked in several apartments for prior jobs Ive had and this is one of the nicest. I love the outdoor areas they have, excellent landscaping. The pool they have is a tad small for a fish like myself but nothing you cant have fun or enjoy all year round. The main takeaway though is the crew running the show. The office ladies were nothing but nice and exceptionally understanding of a young adult learning life and trying to be responsible. The maintence guys are borderline miracle workers for what they can do. If I wasnt off to bigger and brighter things I probably wouldnt leave. So big shoutout to Tonya and Drew specifically for making me it feel like they welcomed me into their own home, because thats truly what they do, and landlords just dont do that anywhere else.

I moved to Wy in December and leased the apartment without visiting. The apartment staff was awesome. Everything they told me about the apartment and location was correct. I have to say, that they helped to make this a simple move across the country. I've lived here 6 months now and the complex is quite and well maintained. The attentive staff make this a great place to live.

I am very pleased with the quality of service we received from Westgate Village Apartments. Tonia is great and provides excellent customer service. She worked within our time frame of moving into the apartment and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The apartment was very nice and clean with updated carpet and counter tops. As a female, I always feel very safe at this apartment complex. I believe there is even an officer that lives here as I have seen his or her car parked there with the other tenants. I recommend these apartments to people I know as an affordable option in Cheyenne.

As a former resident at the Westgate Village apartment complex for roughly 1 and half years, the time spent in my 2 bedroom apartment was very satisfying and comfortable. I moved to Cheyenne, WY from San Jose, CA for career purposes for the federal government and the Westgate Village was clearly one of the best complexes to live at throughout the entire area. The landscaping of the property was very well maintained, the location was safe and in close proximity to health and wellness centers and grocery stores, and the management team at the Westgate Village was always professional during my interactions with them and prompt in responding to any questions and concerns. Also too, it was very quiet and hospitable. For an apartment complex managed in a small town like Cheyenne, WY with limited housing options, I would highly recommend this to any working professional in the area and/or to anyone looking for a well kept and friendly location to live at.

I have lived in Westgate for around 2-3 years and have never had any issues. The staff is friendly, the areas are clean and the neighborhood is nice. There are apartment inspections but they are laid back and quick. I actually like the fact that staff does these checks as I would not want to live next to a fire hazard or meth lab. (as I have in other places) All in all I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live.

The manager is completely rude and unprofessional, the staff is clueless and remind you of recovered drug addicts. Who does cleanliness inspections? Are we living in Nazi Germany here?! Do we rent a space to have it inspected to ensure they're clean up to your standards? I left the military YEARS ago so I wouldn't have to worry about my personal space being checked up on cleanliness! Also, when you call for maintenance to come fix ANYTHING, plan on waiting until she gets them off their lazy and incompetent asses to get around to thinking about the issues they're being paid to fix. If I owned the place, I would have fired the ENTIRE staff a LONG time ago and put the biggest, blackest mark on their reputations as I could so they would never be hired in management again. Seriously Westgate, where'd you hire those people from? The state prison?? Was there any kind of resume background\experience check at all? Do they get "randomly" spot checked to make sure they're being professional and taking care of your patrons?! Do you even care? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, you would be better off living in your car than renting from this location. Do yourself a HUGE favor and keep looking before you end up another completely unhappy patron. Oh and side note for you, the one 5 star rating? That's one of the staff members. They go on the reviews and write 5 star ratings to promote the place. I would definitely STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!
