I have lived here for years and it has been a great experience! They just recently added a valet garbage service so I don't even have to take the trash to the dumpster. Me being a man I don't like that lonely walk to the garbage. Also everyone I meet in the neighborhood is fantastic. I have made many friends while living here. They have a outstanding fitness center with weights, treadmills....plural, a yoga room and a full size pool and Jacuzzi tub attached. They have three other pools located through out the property. Choose a different pool four days out of the week. WHAT!!!!! That's what i'm talking about!!! Also every time I have ever had a maintenance issue it is always fixed the same day weekend or not. They maintain the grounds very well during the winter. The guys blowing the leaves have always taken care not to hit my car. I mean what can I say they pay attention to detail all around! I recommend this community to anyone who wants a upbeat place to live!

This is a great place to live. There are a few things I would love to highlight: there are 4 pools so if one is busy there are 3 others, the convenience to everything, and the response by the staff. The apartment is close to wal-mart neighborhood market, cvs, the mall, and i485. I love my little corner apartment here it is so cute. I have a renovated apartment at a great price. Check them out!

I lived here from 2014-2017 and this was the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. From day one everyone was friendly. If you say someone wasn't friendly here I would have to really second guess it. Crystal(Manager) is amazing to work with and will do all she can to give you options within her means. Sabrina and the rest of the crew are amazing to work with when it comes to daily business, packages and such. I felt safe here. Maint. is friendly and helpful. I felt like family here seeing the same faces daily so that says something about this place if employees never leave. Having 4 pools, a gym, and car wash at my disposal was always great in the summer. Great location! I had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking here. Lastly it's a dog friendly neighborhood too!

This is my first apt, moved here straight from home( Massachusetts) my job was unsure about my relocation so I just took the place because it was close to so many things, 3 supermarkets, 2 malls, and the highway. The apartment is nice, I wish they would renovate all the apartments instead of making you wait until your half way through your lease. People are nice, pet park is amazing for my dog. I do feel like I am paying too much for the place they could be cheaper.. since its my first place dont have much to compare it too, staff is very nice, and maintenance is amazing they are a great group of men. There are tons of bugs, but if you keep clean you dont really see them, but there are roaches , and the carpets are very nice spilled red wine and it didnt stain. I give them an 70/100

I moved on 2014 and its been great. Any issues that i had are resolved quick, from hours to 2 days top depending on the problem but to be honest everything has been solved in a day. Its a great community and its a place where everyone is watching each other, the website to be exact keeps everyone talking to each other to make it a safe place. Office hours just got even better since some people are to busy on weekdays. Looking forward to a great next year with them.

A lot to cover and not much of it is positive. Most trivially the Internet cafe is a joke. Never had any toner in the printer for 3 years straight so the office manager had to assist me, which she was clearly not pleased about. The people in the office were consistently unhelpful. Once had a phone delivered and when I went to office to retrieve it they told me it hadnt arrived without even looking. I looked at the shipping info online only to find that it had been delivered to the front office in the morning, but they couldnt bother to even look for it. The apartment itself was patch-worked together and things began breaking very shortly after move in day. Washing machine broke(but not before ruining a load of laundry), almost half the outlets didnt work, dish washer broke flooding the kitchen and only 3 burners worked on the stove. Air conditioner broke down several times EVERY summer and flooded the carpeted hallway numerous times. Maintenance men would usually only come after pestering the office for several days. Only brought the carpet dryer in twice(because everyones A.C. Was broken) after the flooding and mold developed because of the moisture. When we asked to be moved to an apartment more like the one we previewed they told us it was an extra 200$. A freaking raccoon lived in the crawl space above the apartment and we could hear him at night scrounging around. Had to play dog noises so that he wouldnt scratch about while we tried to sleep. The exact day your registration sticker expires a vulturous towing company puts a sticker on your car saying it will be towed. My Jeep was actually towed after it broke down and I was in the process of figuring out how to get it fixed since you cant work on your car in the parking lot. On the bright side, the maintenance men were very friendly and always waved hello and the pools were...there.

They could not get the roaches under control in my apartment. I had pest control come so many times I lost count. Maybe close...

They could not get the roaches under control in my apartment. I had pest control come so many times I lost count. Maybe close to 10 times. And even one stronger treatment where you had to remove everything from the cabinets and your pets for the day. I asked for anything else that could be done and they set out traps as well. Nothing. I saw roaches daily. My apartment was never gross; I never left food out, bathroom was always clean, carpets vacuumed weekly, etc. I also was paying more than I should have been, the lease renewal notice was $200 cheaper and about in line with what my neighbor was paying. Rip off!

Love this complex! I've been here for 13 months and signing for another 15 months. Wonderful staff both office and maintenance they have always been very polite, courteous, and quick to address any repairs in a very timely professional manner. Great place for kids and families to call home!!! Thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home.

Great Apartments in a great location! Nice area in pineville, and the apartments are very nice for a pretty fair price. The staff are exceptional. Heather was very professional and FAST! I've stayed at a few apartment complexes; best customer service i've experienced by far.
