Ive had nothing but good experiences since Ive moved here. Im coming up on my one year and Ive never felt so in the loop as it relates to living in a apartment complex. The ladies at the office are great at communicating and addressing anything Ive had concerns about. Id recommended Asheligh everyone. What I love the most is the transparency and how she doesnt just seem like shes trying to be nice. I ask a lot of questions and there has been times when other tenants are walking in and Asheligh continues to help and not make me feel like I need to hurry up because she has other people to help and thats important for me. She really treats you like you matter and not like your another apartment # i loveee that. When I put a work order in maintenance fixes what I need fixed. Ohhhh I cant forget about Laticia she was the answer I was looking for when I was looking for a place.I was new to Arizona and she was very informative about the process of moving and communicated every step of the way. Id recommend this place to EVERYONEEEE not just anyone though

The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because I love my neighbors. I moved in in August. When we first moved in I noticed the weatherstripping on the entry door is desperately needed. There is a half inch gap under the door and the door doesnt latch all the way. I requested maintenance, they came out said they had to order something. Then my maintenance request was closed. There is still a gap under the door. Our patio doesnt have a screen because the screen door was in the little storage room with a big hole in it. The bathtub was needing to be refinished. Whoever they had come refinish it clearly painted it and called it good. There are paint drips and cracks all over, and the paint is peeling up at the bottom of the tub. We got a newly renovated unit with an air filter that hadnt been changed in months. The dryer was clogged with lint that maintenance did nothing about so I vacuumed it out myself. And the most comical part is the ceiling fans are all programmed on the same frequency. So when a neighbor turns their light on, my daughters bedroom light turns off. Again I love all my neighbors. But for a newly renovated unit, there were a lot of things missed.
