Full move-in funds (security deposit and first month's rent) must be paid in full prior to key handoff using certified funds (cash, cashier's check, money order, or cleared portal transfer). Partial payments or split move-in costs cannot be accepted.
Move-Out Policy:
30-day notice required prior to moving out.
Lease Term: 6 month
Deposit Return:
Returned in full within 30 days of move-out, provided the property is clean and undamaged. Deductions may occur for damage beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or necessary heavy cleaning fees.
Tenant Responsibilities/House Rules:
Utilities & Care: Tenant covers gas (heat), electricity, water, and lawn maintenance.

9PM-7AM (Sunday-Thursday)
10PM-9AM (Friday-Saturday)
