UNIQUE doesn’t begin to describe this FURNISHED rental in the gorgeous Lake Arrowhead Country Club in Lake Arrowhead. Just imagine: you walk in the entry and are greeted by a lifesize maître d, then you’re welcomed by Bob’s Big Boy himself. But keep an eye out for the Secret Agent man in his raincoat and fedora. He carries a gun, but not to worry, it’s not real. It’s the mountains, so of course there are bears, bears and more bears.
You’re playing billiards on the second floor loft and above you is a larger-than-life flying Superman! Also, Marilyn Monroe, a phone booth with superman’s cape, a dining booth, Laurel & Hardy and oh so, so much more.
The kid’s bedroom has two adorable bunk beds, Woody, Buzz and the rest of the Toy Story gang, Shrek and Donkey, the Simpsons, and all kinds of Disney goodies and tons of stuffed animals.
The downstairs master bedroom includes a fireplace, sitting area, massage chair (like you see at the malls!) and the ensuite bathroom has an awesome bidet. It even has a control board! There is also a Media Room with movie loungers and bunches of movies. Don’t forget the craps game, slot machines, tons of board games to play and a built-in sauna. But it’s not all just fun. There are built-in desks and tons of storage cabinets everywhere.
Relax on the deck amongst the beautiful forest views while you barbecue. You’ll have two spaces in the garage, use of a golf cart, and the Tesla charging station. There is also off-street parking for six additional cars for your guests. You have Lake Arrowhead Lake Rights of course so can enjoy all the walking trails and hang out at Lake Arrowhead Village.
This special house is perfect for use as either a full-time residency, or for you to use when you need to get away!
Facilities usage at Lake Arrowhead Country Club are not included, but you can apply for membership, which is approximately $1,000 per month.
