I just moved in a month ago. The property is very clean and well maintained.. The staff are very professional and always there to help. I've mainly dealt with Andrew in the front office. He has taken a lot of the stress of moving off my shoulders. I would highly recommend Avalon to anyone who's looking for a safe and clean community.

Went to visit a girlfriend and see her new apartment. Super cute place! I was walking back to my car to head home and realized I didn't have my keys - they were locked in my car!!! A couple of maintenance guys passed by so I asked them for help and they were total life savers! They were able to open my car!! Jose and Angel were so awesome and helpful!! Their act of goodness is why I feel compelled to leave this review.
