Pet Friendly! Dogs must be under 50lbs. Dogs that have been classified as aggressive breeds are prohibited such as, but not limited to, Pit-bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers), Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans (excluding miniture), Akitas, Dalmatians, Siberian Huskies, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Hybrid Wolves, and other similar dogs known for their aggression. If a dog is a mix breed and contains any of the above mentioned aggressive breeds, the dog will not be approved by the Landlord. Exotic large cats are prohibited. Only domestic cats are permitted. All pets must be spayed or neutered. RENTER's INSURANCE is a requirement of Crescendo's Pet Policy for dog owners. Tenant is required to furnish a copy of the declaration page of their Renters Insurance Policy carrying minimum liability coverage of $300,000. LICENSING REQUIREMENT: New York State requires dogs to be licensed when they reach the age of four months. PROOF of RABIES VACCINE: All pets must be up to date on their rabies inoculations. FEES: There is added monthly pet rent of $35 per pet One-time, Non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per pet to help defray the additional cost to the property for liability insurance required for allowing pets at the Crescendo. Residents are limited to 2 pets per apartment.
