We house students from the University of Buffalo (North and South Campus), Buffalo State, Medaille, Daemen, Villa Maria, D'Youville, Trocaire , ECC & more. ​Our shuttles go to many of the Colleges and Universities in Buffalo and make the commute to and from school extremely convenient.

What college student doesn't want a private bathroom? CV is also the only off-campus apartment complex in Buffalo to feature an on-site cafe and convenience store. We also have shuttles to most Buffalo campuses in the area. With pricing comparable to on-campus living costs, it's no wonder why so many students end up choosing CV as their housing option.
