I was interested in looking at the property and to meet with a leasing agent and went to the office that is located outside of the gate. I arrived at 10:20 am on a Monday morning and the door was locked. The sign posted showed the hours as 8:30 - 5:00. I called the number posted and no one answered so I left a message stating that I was out front and would like to talk with a leasing agent. I of course thought that there had to be a good reason that no one was there and waited in my car for 5 minutes. No one returned my call so I called back the next day at 2:15 pm. Fortunately someone answered and I asked about the day prior and it was brushed off as if I was being unreasonable. Needless to say I ended the conversation with the young lady and will not consider these apartments for my mother. My overall opinion of the leasing office is not favorable and I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I can only imagine how they treat the tenants if this is how they treated a sales call.

My boyfriend's grandma lives there and was so ill she forgot to put her handicap tag in her window- it was visible on her passenger seat- and instead of looking up her license in the apartment complex database, they called the police and then the tow truck company. Hundreds of dollars to get her car back and a parking ticket from the police all due to the negligence of the office staff.
This review would be 5 stars, if not for the horrible service of the office staff. I am disgusted that we entrust our family to their care and they would treat Grandma that way. They did not help her with any of the expenses or even apologize. Despicable treatment of their older tenants. There are plenty of other apartments in the area for seniors, I would suggest finding a different one.

I moved in May. It is now the end of August and I am still having serious issues with roaches-something I have never had a problem with before! I request every week that they send in Swoboda Pest Control. They have only come twice. I am spraying, using roach bait and everything else I know. The problem is worsening. They told me today that they spray quarterly, but has not not happened in the 4 months I have been here-told me it is scheduled in Nov!

When we moved in 4 months ago we were very excited. Loved the units, the staff, and the amenities. Looked forward to being in a senior complex and the general calm associated with mature residents. Shortly after we moved in, policy changed and the building is no longer for seniors. Any and all who qualify can rent here. The noise level has increased. Package left at my door disappeared. Carpets, elevator, glass doors and floors in club house are always dirty. The pool has been closed more days than it has been available. I hope this is just the challenge of transition and will improve with time. There is no other affordable housing in Bryan for seniors for those who are above the HUD income limits. I really hope things improve.
