I've been living here for the past 3 years in one of their 2 bed/1 bath units. This place isn't perfect, but for what it's worth, I can confidently say that it's solid overall. Long story short, if you're looking for somewhere convenient, cheap, and not bug/mold infested, and you don't care about aesthetics, this place is the one. Here are the details: PROS - Maintenance requests are usually resolved within 1-3 days (don't call the office for this--they have a specific line for maintenance requests. You can submit requests online too). - Very quiet. - Relatively cheap. - Great location. Cute strip of stores/restaurants and Oglethorpe Marta station are in walking distance. Fast and easy access to Buford Highway, Town Brookhaven, and Lenox Mall. - Bugs are rare. We only see them once in a blue moon, and it's probably because we live on the first floor. CONS - Management office members aren't the most organized people. - The bathroom is a bit of a tragedy.. The tiles on floor/walls really should be replaced. They look gross and grungy no matter how hard you scrub them even with bleach, and everything is rusty. Also, no fans. And a cracked ceiling. - Storage space is limited. - Rent has been increasing annually since we moved in; however, considering the location and how expensive all the other complexes are in the area, it's still a good price. OTHER NOTES - As one could expect with old structures, this place is due for an upgrade. The door knobs are grungy looking; there are some paint chips here and there on the walls; and surfaces of appliances are somewhat rusty. - I've never gotten my package stolen even when they were delivered to the wrong address :) - The electric coil stove is a pain in the a$$ to clean. - FYI Google Fiber isn't available in this area. - Washer/dryer units need to be installed in the pantry if you choose to have them, so if you do, your storage space is even more limited than what it already is (But they also have a communal laundry facility if you choose to not install them).

These are the oldest structures in the immediate area. However, they are in a great location. These are probably the only way an average income individual can live in a luxury atmosphere. A good value for that area but a bad deal in you were somewhere other than Brookhaven.
