Overall, I like living here. The apartment and amenities are nice, maintenance crew is top notch, but management leaves a lot to be desired.
Upon renewing my lease, my parking pass to the garage stopped working. I notified concierge of this issue twice (once during the day and once in the evening). I received a voicemail at 1am that my car was going to be towed if I didnt move it from the property, and when I awoke at 7am my car was gone. I was initially told by management, very condescendingly, that there was nothing they could do and I was at fault (despite the fact that my parking pass should have been updated upon renewing my lease and concierge was aware that I was going to leave my car parked out front overnight until maintenance could resolve the problem the next day). 5 hours and several phone calls later, after corroborating my story with concierge, management comped the towing fee but never once offered an apology for how the whole situation was handled. Roger and Rick, both part of the maintenance crew, saw me that afternoon and apologized on behalf of the way management handled the situation and even offered to drive me to pick up my car from the tow lot. Rick and Roger are hands down the best staff here. They treat residents of this community with care and respect, are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and are a hit with the dogs. Management should be taking notes from them. They have make my soured experience here a little bit sweeter.

The Five Stars rate is only about the maintenance services in this place. I saw Rick Martin when I was back to home. I told him about the issues of the shower head. He immediately came to my room and check the problem for me. And, He solved the issue very quickly with passion. It would be great that other service team to taking some time and learning from them how to provide great service.

Wally came immediately and removed the piping under our sink to retrieve my necklace that fell down the drain! He was very professional and got the job done quick! Rick Martin has also come by twice now to fix our toilet and my closet shelf which had come out of the dry wall. Rick is always so professional and my dog loves when he comes by or says hi to us in the hallway. He fixed both issues speedily and we have not had any issues with either since!
