This place is ridiculous. I thought old management was bad, the new team is worse. We have been under construction for over 3 years. The elevator barely works. Living on the 4th floor with no elevator is not fun. They renovated the inside with the worst contractors available. They don't even paint over the patched walls from change light fixtures or where they took out old counter tops. They just leave it badly painted over or not painted the same color. The manager will just yes you or be condescending when she talks to you. They are increasing rent like everywhere else by $500 or so. I had so much dust in my vent it was gross I can't change my own filters so you have to ask them to do it, but it's locked in an outside storage with a rusted water heater. The parking is terrible. Forget having guest over. God for bid it rains, because the steps get wet. And the elevator doesn't work, so you have to take the stairs. I have slipped, so has my daughter and a friend. We have Senior Citizens on my floor and it's highly dangerous for them to walk the stairs that are not coated and get slick from the rain because they don't direct the rain elsewhere, but on the stairs. The maintenance team is the only positive part of the team here. They are constantly busy but professional and caring. The location and pool is all the have going for this place.

They make you move everything and they gut the interior while you are living there. So invasive. I spent months cleaning up the mess. Then they raised the rent by $700/mo calling it luxury upgrades - Im out. Theyre abusive.

Do not move here. This was a decent place to live before the new management took over. Frequent car break ins. Extremely limited parking. The outside of the building looks like a construction site. It is a complete and utter dump. Black mold in the old AC units. The cherry on top now contracted a parking enforcement agency with insane rules on who can and cannot park here. They will be towing cars left and right because there is NO AVAILABLE PARKING!!! This place is a prison and I cannot WAIT until our lease is up.

This place WAS a great place to live until it was recently purchased. The new office management team is a complete disaster. On top of banning fishing today from a coastal community for "resident safety", they're managing the destruction of the inside of every apartment on the property. They are renovating units with people still living in them. The light fixtures they are installing are cheaper and uglier then before, the lighting in my daughters unit at night is now terribly low. And let's not forget that the construction crew put holes in the walls and patched them. However they are not going to paint over the plaster. What a nice thing to look at daily. I have never seen a remodel job in 20 years as a realtor where the property is literally going down in value. Cheap parts and cheap labor while rising rent costs.
