Our wonderful 38-unit community is proud to introduce our great Interlakken apartments are in an amazing location – flanked on the north by the University of Washington Bothell Campus and on the south by the Sammamish River, and connected to the rest of the Seattle Metropolitan Area and Washington State by the W-522 and I-405 highways.
The Interlakken apartments are a great place to live, as they feature all essentials for living. This includes on-site laundry facilities at both buildings. The property has both off-street and carport parking available. Additionally, extra storage space is available for residents to rent.

Monthly Income:
At Least 3x Monthly Rent (co-signers accepted)
Security Deposit Based on Credit Score:
625-699 = 1 Month’s Rent
700-749 = $1,000
750+ = $500
Terms:
1. Application Fee $55.00 *nonrefundable* paid to third-party
2. Holding Fee of $250.00 applied towards Security Deposit
3. Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $250.00 pre-move-in
4. Cats and dogs welcome! (Some restrictions apply.) $250 deposit; $35 monthly rent per pet
5. Utilities cost* for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity based on # of occupants:
(1 = $95)
(2 = $145)
(3 = $195)
(4 = $245)
(Each additional occupant + $50)
