This used to be a decent place to live several years ago, but recently the owners have begun working with Commercial Northwest to forcibly gentrify this area and the rental prices have skyrocketed to insanely price-gouged levels. Please please PLEASE do not rent from these horrible excuses for human beings.

My brother used to live here, as a doordash driver I have delivered here several times. I love these apartments they are so cute!

Have lived here for several years paying slightly higher than normal rent, but recently Commercial Northwest has forced all its tenants to pay $300 to $500 a month increases even though the units are over 60 years old, constantly leaking pipes and ceilings, black mold issues due to leaking pipes that the maintenance crew refuses to do anything about, we're repeatedly left without running water, constant maintenance on the air conditioning that barely works anyway, and even the maintenance people have mentioned directly to us that these buildings should have been condemned a long time ago. Don't rent from these money-hungry people, they will squeeze every penny they can from you and never once consider you a real person.
Kylee at Cambridge and Dorchester was great! she solved all of our problems and got back to us real quick! She's great at following up.
