The rent is relatively cheap but the service is horrible. Internet stops suddenly on a daily basis and even when it is usable, it is fairly slow. We had a clogged sink multiple times and the first time we got it fixed, there was no charge. In the future when it clogged again, we assumed that the maintenance fee was included in our rent but suddenly over a semester later, the charges all accrued at once. I contacted VC and they refused to remove any of the charges. Overall, they are also not very responsive when I requested for maintanence.

Run down apartments and poor management. They will try to charge you for whatever they can find. They told us our carpets and floors were clean. The first day we moved in my feet were completely black and I never walked barefoot again in my own apartment. After we moved out they charged us over $1800 for damages and repairs and I would spend every weekend cleaning my apartment. Over $600 for a carpet replacement when we had nothing to do with how gross the carpet was. Plus you will most likely have obnoxious neighbors. I was a transfer student and it was the only place I could find with my friends near the end of the year and now I see why. Plenty of better places for cheaper in Btown
