My kiddo and I have lived here going on 9 years. We haven't had any problems other than a couple of loud neighbors once in a while. Everyone is friendly and greet each other in the hallway, but we also keep to ourselves most of the time. Courteous and civil, not nosey and gossipy. For a mom that has a child with special needs, this apartment complex is a comfort zone and increases feelings of safety with the secured entrance. You have to be buzzed in in order to come in.

Work, but I wanted to comment on the property manager/receptionist, because I dont know the title of the job. Ashley showed us the apartments. The one and two bedroom apartments were very nicely laid out and clean. Ashley knew what she was doing. She was able to quote facts about the place off the top of her head. She wrote every detail about every charge and nothing was hidden. Of all the places we looked, I thought Ashley was the most honest and clear about the rental. This place needs to pay her more or lose her to
A competitor. She was a joy to work with and I didnt feel there were any hidden charges anywhere. It is nice to work with honest people. Thank you Ashley

This review is to represent the amazing quality Ashley brought for me when searching for an apartment. While I actually didn't get this apartment it was by far the best customer service when searching for it. As i moved from NM I reached out to about 8 different apartment complexes and had a lot of questions such as how far certain drives would be, what the area was like etc and she was the only one that really went out of her way to get me those answers as i was very new to the area. I did end up at a place near where i work but i do recommend if you are looking for an apartment to at least check it out, i cant say anything on how actually living there is. This is just a review towards there customer service i experienced

Moving into Stonegate we loved the apartment! We moved from Ohio and the management team was beyond flexible and beyond patient with waiting for our application to go through! The women in the office rock every phone call if we have any questions. They made sure our move was quick and easy! The apartment is very nice, with hardwoods floors, clean carpets, and very nice appliances. There is no smell in the hallways, the neighbors keep to themselves but introduced themselves on day one of moving in. The outside is kept looking nice, and the parking isnt bad at all! They have a nice pool that we cant wait to take a dip in. You also get secured door entry so that makes living feel 100 perfect safer, and more comfortable knowing that you have to be buzzed to get in! Dont listen to the negative comments! Its an amazing apartment!

Recently I have gone through some rough times and whenever I am in need of any assistance, they are always happy to help. The maintenance man Keith is always very quick to respond as well. I love living here and plan on staying here as long as I am able.
