Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment complex is very well-kept and secure. Underground parking is a huge plus. Pet friendly too, which is awesome! Everything in the apartment was clean and functioning perfectly when we moved in. We are so happy we chose Lakewood Estates as our new home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I feel very safe here and I love that they are very dog friendly and even supply poop bags and have there own dog park!
Also whenever I have maintence requests, it's always take care of in a couple days.

+Good response time by maintenance if there is an issue, good accommodations, and pretty nice layout.
-The only complaint i have is that it's a tad pricey, but you do get what you pay for.
The dog park is convenient if you have a pooch, though there is a 50 lbs limit on the dogs, it isn't as enforced as it could be.

I currently am a tenant and was thoroughly impressed with IMM management in Mandan. I looked at about 10 other apartments in the BisMan area and by far this was the best property I came across. Management staff is very friendly and organized with my move in process. I was out of town at the time and the process went very smoothly. They are also great at keep tenants in the loop on what is happening with the apartment, such as maintenance and snow cleaning. The building and grounds are always well kept and I have had a very positive experience and definitely recommend.

So far my experience has been good. There have been some problems with noise, but they do not last long. The girls seem to be doing a good job handling these situations. I like the layout of my apartment and the overall feel of it. Very cozy. One suggestion for future buildings - put sound proofing strips around main apartment doors and some sound proofing between floors. People will appreciate it not having so much external noise coming into their apartment from the hallway and from their neighbors.
