Originally constructed in 1930, these units have kept their original hardwood floors and windows, which give each apartment historic charm. Washing machines and drying machines are located on the property in the basement with coin-based laundry.

Located in Lakeview, Clairmont Apartments are only a short walk to Lakeview restaurants and bars. A very short drive (or long walk) away is Forest Park, with restaurants like Rougaroux, Red or White, and cocktail bars like Juniper. The closest grocery store would be Piggly Wiggly Clairmont.

Utilities: Tenants are in charge of setting up electric and gas, as well as obtaining renter's insurance. Water and sewer charges are billed back to the tenants.

Application Process: There is a $75 application fee for each tenant. To meet the requirements for consideration, tenants should have a credit score of 640 or higher and an income equal to or greater than 2.25 times the monthly rent. If a co-signer is necessary, they must also complete an application and meet specific requirements, including a credit score of 640 or higher and an income equal to or greater than 3.5 times the monthly rent.

Deposits and Fees: The security deposit is $600, and it is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any deductions for damages. Additionally, there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $350.

Pet Policy: If you have a pet, there is a $300 pet fee, along with monthly pet rent of $15.

Additional Charges: $20 monthly fee, which covers pest control and trash services.
