The leasing process was confusing at times but Catherine was very helpful in getting through it. My lease starts in August and I cant wait to start living here. I have a few friends living here and have only heard good things
The Printing House is a wonderful choice for Binghamton Students. I had safety concerns about the walkway from the parking garage to the apartment...
The Printing House is a wonderful choice for Binghamton Students. I had safety concerns about the walkway from the parking garage to the apartment building not being very well lit. I contacted the Senior Property Manager Jeff and expressed my concerns. I also contacted the Department of Public Works and sent emails to various other city agencies to get the existing lights in the walkway turned on. I received no response. Jeff was in constant contact and worked hard to remedy the situation and ease my concerns. The Printing House has since decided to install their own lighting system even though the walkway is city owned. They care enough to create a safe environment for their tenants. My child also had a medical emergency, the concierge staff were fantastic! They contacted the ambulance and assisted in getting her to the hospital. They even asked how she was doing days later when she passed by. The Printing house and their staff provide a safe and caring atmosphere and I feel confident having my daughter live there.
This place is amazing! One of the only places in downtown Binghamton that is worth living it. The amenities are insanely good and the staff are so helpful!
Great location! Very close to the restaurants and bars of Downtown Binghamton. Great amenities too!
