The pool is always dirty or closed. Lived in many apartments and never have i had to check to see if its open first just to come back with my pool gear and a lock just appear on it. Made calls to the office about my broken doorknob, patio door, and shower but no issues have been resolved in my 1 year living here so far. The rent is affordable and the apartments are spacious though. Ive also had someone break into my car and not bother to shut any of my doors back.

I just dont understand why when its time to renew the lease ,, they go up 20$ ! They go up on rent but you CANNOT get anything fixed ! Ive been putting in work order after work order for them to fix my shower ((since I moved in 2 years ago)) all thats ever done is a tape up ! Maintenance always claims theyll be back and NEVER come back to fix anything ! I recently was looking up apartments and found that Oaks of baytown had rapidly increased their prices ! Im here to say ITS NOT WORTH IT ! Not to mention ,, since theyve been moving other people in ,, these newbies have been breaking in our cars and robbing in broad day light ! Soon as its reported to the office ,, they say oh we cant do anything about it ! My neighbor was robbed in broad day at gun point ,, the mail lady came up ,, when my neighbor asked for help the mail lady said oh I didnt see nothing ! Its terrible ! If you dont want to waste your time and money ,, look else where ! Its gotten so bad out here ,, its a shame! && no I dont wanna call the office and speak with anyone because STILL the only thing they care for is the FIRST OF THE MONTH RENT ! I cant wait to buy my house and get out of these things

Would give it zero stars if it let me ! Honestly the worst service ever. You can't even call it service. We have had nothing but problems since moving in. The manager is the WORST. Doors don't even fit properly, no seals (leads to expensive electric bill) ROACHES, and not just a few but a colony. Literally I could tell all that was done before moving in was a carpet clean, and a coat of paint. And by coat of paint I mean literally over everything, like counter tops, electrical sockets. Absolute joke. Warped cabinets, warped shower tiles, rust in the toilets and sinks, laundry centers constantly eat money, and ruined many of clothes (Not to mention they are disgusting) and did I say roaches? German Roaches, disease carrying roaches. Our apartment flooded, and all they did was clean the carpet, not replace, but clean. They didn't even put us up in a hotel! They offered us a room above the office, With literally ZERO FURNITURE!!! So We slept in a flooded apartment, on the couch for 2 WEEKS!! They have compensated us 0 dollars for the incident. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, IT IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE. The only good part about Oaks of Baytown is Cynthia. She has always been great.

But I am interested in a two bed room.. But I wanna know what would I need or what to be accepted? Becuz I am in need of an apartment asap. Just moved down here and staying with my mother is not for me lol.. Please let me know. Thank u.

This is the 3rd apartment complex I've lived at, and these are not bad at all for the amount that you pay. NO infestations (for people that actually keep their apartment clean **that's me**) . Not any, or hardly noisy neighbors. Their washing facilities do need some maintenance, but are convenient when you don't want to go to the nearest washateria. Most of the driveways have been fixed, aside from that not to many pot holes. Good space for your buck. There are a lot of store near by so you don't have to travel far. Norma, and Cynthia the front desk receptionist are always pleasant. Tickets for fixes sometimes take a week or two but not too bad. You get a free air filter for A/C every month when you pay rent! Overall, this place hasn't been bad at all. I would recommend these facilities if you're trying to save some money.

They took my money, said it was non refundable because they said my credit was not favorable after applying for a 2bdr townhouse. I never ever made a late payment for any place that I ever lived at. Norma looks like that she had a new hairdo from that quick 125. She scammed me out of. I said scammed because when I asked can someone with A1 Credit be the lease holder and I'm the occupant. I got a "no" response. They was NOT trying to work with me with any other options period. I do not have a criminal background but that's how I was treated. I guess everyone that lives here have A1 credit and they occupants have A1 credit. Beware of this place before you give them anything more than just an application fee. Who knows, maybe they really wanted to give that place to the couple with the 5 kids that just left out....RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
