The pool is always dirty or closed. Lived in many apartments and never have i had to check to see if its open first just to come back with my pool gear and a lock just appear on it. Made calls to the office about my broken doorknob, patio door, and shower but no issues have been resolved in my 1 year living here so far. The rent is affordable and the apartments are spacious though. Ive also had someone break into my car and not bother to shut any of my doors back.

I have been living here for a year. All the staff is very nice. I love my apartment. The only thing I don't like is the laundry facilities ( they rarely work ) And we have almost never have access to the pool!!!

I have lived at Oaks of Baytown apartments for about two years and the staff is great. There have been very few maintenance problems and they have always been handled promptly. I especially appreciate having the very large kitchen.

Sorry but I had a friend living here and she loved it.. Only thing that was wrong was her toilet.. But I mean I'm not picky or anything and I have a brother who knows how to fit any things. But I am interested in a two bed room.. But I wanna know what would I need or what to be accepted? Becuz I am in need of an apartment asap. Just moved down here and staying with my mother is not for me lol.. Please let me know. Thank u.

This is the 3rd apartment complex I've lived at, and these are not bad at all for the amount that you pay. NO infestations...

This is the 3rd apartment complex I've lived at, and these are not bad at all for the amount that you pay. NO infestations (for people that actually keep their apartment clean **that's me**) . Not any, or hardly noisy neighbors. Their washing facilities do need some maintenance, but are convenient when you don't want to go to the nearest washateria. Most of the driveways have been fixed, aside from that not to many pot holes. Good space for your buck. There are a lot of store near by so you don't have to travel far. Norma, and Cynthia the front desk receptionist are always pleasant. Tickets for fixes sometimes take a week or two but not too bad. You get a free air filter for A/C every month when you pay rent! Overall, this place hasn't been bad at all. I would recommend these facilities if you're trying to save some money.
