We hope to tour you at the unit of your choice soon. Our site is updated each four hours (24/7) by a third party Real Estate Market Place Vendor (AppFolio) so there is always more listings coming.
We require a 620 or better credit score for approval. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months’ rent in advance.
We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting.
Pet policy: $25 per month per pet non refundable. Limit 2
Cats are welcomed - 2 cats per unit are allowed.
Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age..
