First the new property mgr leasing agents maint staff have got this place running like it should. Smooth great attention to detail.still relatively moderately priced considering how area is going through growth/ change . Last month staff moved quickly to resolve refrig issue. Vercy ,Wayne and everyone excellant. Well while it's easy to always criticize, it should be just as easy to give praise. Yesterday we lost power,after hours called it in. Jerry came out figured out what to do solved it.great team effort. Got power restored. Very efficient and professional. Only " slight" issue had to listen to him talk about his N Y Giants.blah blah.lol Sacrifices us residents make for the greater good..lol All in all well done falls court!!

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love my home. The layout is great with an in eat in kitchen & plenty of closet space. My building is quiet and the neighbors are nice, these are older buildings so you are going to hear some noise but nothing really annoying. The maintenance staff responds quickly & and are always friendly & respectful, just say they are awesome. The property manager Danielle is awesome herself, she is always there to help however she can,very professional and Scott is great to work with too . Good location, within walking distance to grocery store and driving to just about anywhere. There is a small parking lot but there is not enough space for even 1 car per apartment so it can be hard to get a space later in the evening, though I have not had any problem, there is parking on the side street. With heat included in the rent it helps with a tight budget. Falls Court is my home
